INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, DOCUMENTS AND IMAGES
1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of personal data, documents, and any images/photographs provided through this web portal is carried out for the following purposes:

3. DATA RETENTION
Data will be processed for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
- For Users Who Participated in the Activity: Personal data, documents, and images will be stored for a minimum period of 10 years following the conclusion of the activity, in order to comply with applicable legal and fiscal obligations (e.g., ten years for accounting and tax documents) and to preserve the organization's internal historical and statistical records. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless further retention is required by law.
- For Users Who Did Not Participate in the Activity: If registration is not finalized or participation is withdrawn, all personal data and documents will be deleted within 365 days from closure or cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.
4. USE OF IMAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
By accepting this notice, you authorize the Controller to use and publish your images and/or photographs taken during the activity.
- Purpose: Images may be used on this web portal and/or official related social channels for documentary, promotional, or informational purposes related to the activity itself.
- Conditions: Such use will respect your dignity and privacy. The authorization is granted free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis.
5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

This category is intended for civilian professionals and specialists whose roles intersect with the curriculum offered, such as policy development, strategic analysis, technical support, or civil preparedness. Selecting this option ensures access to dedicated resources and collaborative opportunities aimed at enhancing Civil-Military Interaction (CMI) and overall national and international resilience. By selecting this option, you confirm your status as a civilian stakeholder requiring specialized knowledge to effectively contribute to multi-domain preparedness and cooperative security efforts.
MILITARY-STUDENTS (NATO AND PARTNER NATIONS)
This profile is strictly reserved for active duty and reserve duty members from NATO member states and recognized partner nations. This registration category is intended for military personnel of all branches of service who seek advanced training in the main operational, tactical or strategic areas. Basically, this profile excludes all soldiers of the Italian armed forces and individuals belonging to the Multinational CIMIC Group. By selecting this option, you confirm your status as an authorized service member who requires high-level, mission-essential, interoperability- and multinational coalition readiness-oriented training.
